Chinese/American Wedding Invitations
This invitation is for the Western/American wedding and the second day reception.

The Chinese lettering was done by the bride's father so that these guests would know that their Chinese culture was being honored and they would have the same information as the English.

The colors of the wedding are red and gold- so black became the color for all the information that was written. The bride and the groom have a "chop" made of their names, which is a similar tradition in American weddings. Each of the two chop designs were had stamped, which made the chop more authentic and more traditional. The wedding website information was letter pressed on the flaps of the cover. Gold cording hand-tied the invitation contents to the cover. Information cards were inserted in one flap- the response card and return envelope were inserted in the back flap. Calligraphy was done by Lisa.
